Format

Swiss & Elimination

Qualifiers run Swiss-style rounds (best-of-one) until top seeds are determined. Playoffs move to single elimination best-of-three. Finals may call for a best-of-five showdown.

Bracket announcements include map pools and veto order. Ties in Swiss rounds are resolved via opponent win percentage, then point differential.

Scheduling

Reschedules & Timeouts

Captains may submit one reschedule request per stage with at least 24 hours notice. After lobby launch, teams receive one 5-minute tactical pause per map.

No-shows after the 10 minute grace period are marked as forfeits. Report delays immediately in the #ops-desk channel.

Reporting

Score Submission

Winning captain files `/tournament-report` within 30 minutes, providing final scores, map rotation, and notable rulings.

Disputes must be raised with evidence (screenshots, VOD timestamps). Moderators rule quickly using Control Room data.

Penalties

Infractions & Sanctions

Examples: illegal roster swap, incorrect lobby settings, unsportsmanlike conduct, late reporting.

First offense: warning or map penalty. Repeat offenses escalate to match forfeits, point deductions, or removal from the bracket.

Approved Game Settings

  • Mode: Tactical Squad Conquest (T8) unless otherwise noted in the stage briefing.
  • Ticket count: 200. Respawns enabled. Friendly fire off.
  • Map pool: Rotterdam, Provence, Twisted Steel, Narvik, Devastation. Finals map is picked via veto.

Broadcast & Media

Featured matches may include observers or casters. Teams agree to share spectator slots, audio feeds, and basic player info (loadouts, roles) when requested. Replay-publishing embargo is 12 hours unless otherwise approved.

Player Conduct

Tournament play is governed by the broader OMGL Conduct Charter. Captains are accountable for squad behaviour. Infractions during event play count toward league-wide disciplinary records.
